I imagine creating for myself an alternate reality.  A person that isn't me. One who is the master of his existence. Someone so defined in character as to inspire emotion in others. This is, alas, a thought unrealized.

Well, I'm finally posting a new journal entry.  got about half an hour before my next class and felt like updating.  Started school this week, things are pretty okay so far.  I don't know too many people yet other than my roomies.  trying to get back into the groove with school, been a few years.  My new years in Vegas was kinda crazy, lotsa people on the strip.  went to a las vegas wranglers hockey game last weekend, wasn't too bad.  saw some good fights in it.   no job yet, can't decide if I want to just brave going with out one for a while to focus on school.  I haven't been unemployed since 1999, and I was 16 then.  no job=no money.  shi

Had a late one last night.  So my ex from Colorado calls me the other day, "hey I'm headed out to Vegas to get maried, see you in 15 hours!"   I don't know it just seems a little wierd hanging with a girl I lived with for 2 years and her new husband.  But it wasn't bad, I played the good host and showed them around town.  Did the touristy thing; drove the strip, walked the freemont, got puplicly intoxicated, you know, the good stuff.   Got in at 2 or 3 last night and I just couldn't resist the glow of a new computer so I got to sleep around 6am or so.  fun. I'm excited to start school in january, I've gone before but not what I would call
